Great news for Oracle EBS 12.1 users! As the OAUG Customer Support Council continues to provide your feedback to Oracle regarding the recent changes to EBS Support, specifically some confusion around the nature of extended support, uplift costs etc., Oracle has responded by simplifying the support model by extending Premier Support out to Dec 2021!
This update from Oracle, and Oracle’s request to announce this jointly, further shows the value we all get from OAUG membership.
